Oiling is one of the most effective hair care rituals. You can tailor it to your lifestyle and hair needs\u2014from a quick treatment to a full, relaxing ritual. Here are some proven ways to oil your hair:<\/p>\n
1. Quick oiling \u2013 before washing<\/b><\/p>\n
The perfect solution when you're short on time and your hair needs nourishment.<\/p>\n
Apply oil to the lengths below the ear line<\/b>. For long hair, a small amount is enough - approximately \u00bd tablespoon<\/b>. Gently comb your hair to distribute the product evenly. 20\u201340 minutes<\/b> wash your hair as usual.
\nThis method usually does not require emulsifying the oil with a mask or conditioner<\/b>.<\/p>\n
2. Long oiling \u2013 once a week<\/b><\/p>\n
